Home office ergonomics and design

Working from home? Can good home office ergonomics and good design co-exist?

He might not have the public profile of past guests like Jamie Durie or Tim Ross, but senior physio Chris Morton was recently invited to appear on the award-winning podcast At Home with Lauren Keenan, which is all about home, lifestyle and interior design.

With so many people spending a lot more time at home and many people still working from home, Lauren and her husband / co-host Scott spent some time with Chris to discuss musculoskeletal disorders and home office ergonomics. The podcast aims to help people to avoid the ergonomic pitfalls when working from home, with tips to stay healthy in your new work environment.
